The range of gluing machines Roby grows up thanks to the introduction in the market of the new automatic Roby CD dedicated to produce CD/DVD-Holders.
The machine has been carried out for this need and assures a great final quality of the products as for its special spot gluing device with Hot Melt guns.
Roby CD is dedicated to the medium production levels and is very flexible since it can be used to glue the CD-Holder to the hard cover.
The spot gluing device is equipped with special guns that can put the glue by points or by stripes according to the kind of job.
These guns can be moved and adjusted according to the size of the CD/DVD-Holder by the means of an easy and quick manual operation.
The glue is transparent and can be used to glue transparent CD-Holders.
Of course the machine can produce also traditional hard covers like the standard Roby One since the unit is equipped with animal hot glue device.
