Roby 1800 is a full automatic casemaker
With "cover" we mean:
One piece cover for the production of files
Three pieces cover for the production of books
Multi-pieces cover, up to 5 pieces, for special jobs, like swatch cards
Lining-in

Covering material feeder
- Automatic high pile feeder for covering material able to feed the following sizes:
- Min. size of covering material: mm. 90 x 190
- Max. size of covering material: mm. 480 x 830
- Min. thickness of covering material: 115 gr
- Pick of material from behind
Gluing unit
- Material top gluing
- Use of hot animal glue or cold glue (optional)
- No-stop glue feeding system

- Easy cleaning operation at the end of the job
Vacuum belt
Push on inclined vacuum belt in order to allow a better stability of the curved and guarantee a better register.
