Machine realized for trimming the face of sewed, milled and binded books.
The front cutting of the perfect binded books allows to obtain a high quality of the product and to realize books:
-binded
-saddlestitched
-sewen.
Zinko consists of a book feeder, an opening station, a cutting station and an exit stacker device.
Through a PLC device is possible to change all the machine parameters: quantity, speed, stacker preselection and final calculation.
The quality and the precision of the cut are guaranteed by the movement of the book, by the special system of opening of the flaps, by the pression before the cut and by the Widia blade. The Zinko supplies also to open the cover with the flpas, to realize the frontal cut and to close the cover.
The speed of 3.000 pieces/hour guarantees an high productive levels.
The machine is available in the version in line with the three knife trimmer or in the version off line.
