The photoalbum, innovative interpretation of the traditional photographic album, consists in a true book in which pages are the same photographies. The photoalbum is realized by assembling photographic paper, or digital press to light cardboard.
By its already tested system Roby picks up the creased pictures and cardboards from the feeder where they have been previously placed with the creasing in the middle. Once sunctioned, the material pass on the glue cylinder that distributes uniformely the glue, purposely studied for photographic paper, on the full surface. The amount and the density of the glue can easily be set up through the control panel.
Once the glue has been distributed, the carriage mount in a perfect register the pictures and the cardboards with a light pressure.
The new table purposely designed with automatic spine press controlled by PLC allows to obtain the photo-book finished without any participation by the operator. The operator only has to pick the finished product from the machine.
With this system is possible to get a 5 cm thickness book (that is the maximum size) in about 2 minutes.
