With "cover" we mean:
One piece cover for the production of files
Three pieces cover for the production of books
Multi-pieces cover, up to 5 pieces, for special jobs, like swatch cards

Covering material feeder:
- Automatic high pile feeder for covering material able to feed the following sizes:
- Min. size of covering material: mm. 90 x 190 (3.54 x 7.48 inches)
- Max. size of covering material: mm. 480 x 830 ( 18.89 x 32.67 inches)
- Min. thickness of covering material: 115 gr (lb 0.25)
- Pick of material from behind
Gluing unit:
- Material top gluing
- Use of hot animal glue or cold glue (optional)

Vacuum belt:
Push on inclined vacuum belt in order to allow a better stability of the curved and guarantee a better register.

No-stop cardboard feeder with top loading
Mounting with perfect register with optical lecture of the final edge (foot) of the covering material.
Roller press:
Roller press to expulse air bubbles between cardboard and covering material through "soft" rollers coated with teflon

- Side turning-in through belts
- Front turning-in through blades
